SCHOOL GROUP BOOKINGS

Schools will receive one free ‘teacher’ ticket per ten tickets booked. Schools tickets are only available for performances on the dates listed in the 2016 Rio Tinto Education Brochure.
It is recommended that you book before the end of the 2015 school year as events have limited capacity. All tickets must be paid for no less than seven working days before the event or they may be released for sale.

WORKSHOP BOOKINGS
Workshops are only available to schools that have booked tickets to the accompanying performance. Workshop bookings to be included on online booking form.

PERFORMANCE LIMITATIONS
All programs and artists are subject to change. Latecomers may not be admitted. Outdoor film screenings are subject to weather conditions. Schedule updates are published here at 4.30pm. The Festival will contact all ticket holders to cancelled events.

 

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Tickets to Festival events may be sold through a number of ticketing agents, each with differing booking fees.
For further information please check the terms and conditions of the sale of tickets through the relevant ticketing agent.
All telephone and online bookings can be made by credit card at an additional charge of up to 2% of the total purchase price. Tickets delivered by registered post incur an additional fee of $2.25. The transaction fee is non-refundable.
Lost or stolen tickets to general admission events will not be replaced. Tickets with a seat allocation can be replaced. Fees and conditions may apply depending on the venue and ticketing agent. Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged except as provided in the Entertainment Industry Code of Practice.

 

CAPTIONED, AUSLAN AND AUDIO DESCRIPTION SESSIONS
Captioning and Audio Description services are available for select performances and must be booked with your tickets. For more information please contact schools@perthfestival.com.au

Schools receive one free teacher ticket per 10 tickets booked. Requests are processed in order of receipt. The above booking request does not guarantee you seats and we will confirm if we can process your request within 48 hours of your request being received.
